Captioned Media Program
a free video lending program funded by the US. Department of Education,
administered by the NAD (National Association of the Deaf). The program
provides videos which are "open-captioned," meaning they will display
the English text of the soundtrack with any TV/VCR. No special decoder-device
is necessary. There are no rental, registration, or postage fees.
