Regional Resource Centers
The North Carolina Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing provides seven Regional Resource Centers to provide direct services to citizens who are deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind. The centers are open to anyone seeking information or assistance regarding hearing loss. Each center also offers on-site Video Relay Services.
